Important Information for Tunes by the Dunes Attendees

As we draw ever closer to the big event, the committee would like to remind all attendees of a couple of important arrangements that will be in place over the festival weekend.

Parking Arrangements

The event car park is reserved exclusively for those attending Tunes by the Dunes. To help improve the experience for ticket holders and address a number of concerns raised by attendees following last year's event, access to the event car park will only be permitted to vehicles associated with a valid event ticket.

We would therefore ask all patrons to have their event tickets available for inspection upon arrival. Event stewards will be carrying out checks prior to granting access, and we would appreciate your cooperation with their instructions to help ensure the smooth and safe management of traffic and parking throughout the weekend.

Alcohol Consumption in the Car Park

We have also been asked to remind attendees that the event's alcohol licence applies only within the designated event boundary at Ham Park and does not extend to the event car park.

As a result, the consumption of alcohol within the car park during event operating hours is not permitted. We respectfully ask all attendees to comply with this requirement and help us ensure that the event remains safe, enjoyable and fully compliant with the conditions of our licence.

These measures are designed to protect the future of the event and to ensure that everyone attending can enjoy a safe and memorable weekend.
