Hospitality and accessibility

Conditions

If a patron is aged under the age of eighteen or cannot prove their age, North Coast Entertainments reserves the right to refuse entry to the event - so bring ID! This right to refuse admittance extends to other areas including failing to show up with your ticket(s) and posing a risk / acting inappropriately towards other patrons, staff, community members and the like.

Should the event be cancelled North Coast Entertainments will act in line with consumer regulations. This means the face value of the ticket will be refunded but the administration fee will not be rebated.
